303 winchester 1895 lever 22" bar with saddle ring

Hello all

I have a 303 British winchester lever action, 1895 in very nice condition but I can't find a model number on it. Anyone know where I may find it?

It should be on the tang?
Model 1895 Winchester.
SRC in 95s are nice, in Kanada most are .303s in the states most were 30US.

Trade mark reg in U.S. pat off

On the barrel is -nickel steel barrel-
Especially for smokeless powder

and also 303 British above which is a egg shaped circle containing a long stemmed "P" overlaid with a "W". That is all I can find. Any information would be appreciated.

Just what info did you want
Apparently it's clearly stamped on the tang "Model 1895"
It's a .303 British.
It has a Saddle Ring so it's a Saddle Ring Carbine.
If you want date of manufacturer you'll need to provide a serial number!
The serial # is under the lever.

Sorry all, it appeared like magic over the dark of the night.
