.303br fire forming recipe needed

I have read some articles in this forum about howto fire form new .303 br brass and I have talked to some people around the gun shop in town. I think I may have an idea as were to start. I was told to prime and add a little powder to the case and then use tissue to hold the powder next to the primer.
No one was able to tell me how much a "little" powder was in grains. Any sugestions? How much tissue is needed to hold the powder in place? should you still try the o ring infront of the rim trick if your not shooting a projectile?

The O ring holds the case tight against the bolt face, to get the case to fit your chamber.
You have to use it.
You should have a fairly fast powder, like Unique. How much is a little? I guess what strikes your fancy. I would guess that 8 grains would do it.
I would stuff toilet paper in the case until it was maybe up to the shoulder.
Shoot it. Examine the case. The shoulder should, on the Lee Enfield, be well formed and pushed waay out, compared to what it looked like before being shot.
If the case looks perfect, you got it made. If the shoulder isn't fully formed, you likely will need more powder/more paper/tighter stuffed.
Get the idea? Do some experimenting, then you can tell us what worked.
Maybe only 4 or 5 grains of Unique will do it.
 
Fireforming Brass (CREAM of WHEAT) method

The best method I've found is a fast powder such as bullseye, and then fill the case with CREAM of WHEAT (the 3 minute stuff) and top it off with a bit of
toilet paper to prevent spilling. The amount of buulseye will be trial and error to form the perfect brass, error on the safe side start low and work up, Eagleye's suggestion is a good place to start.

I used this exact method, I was told 10% of case capacity for the powder charge, for a start.

This is exactly the way I fireform all my Ackley Improved cases! Eagleye.
