The load is 50.0 gr IMR 4064. Produced quarter-sized 3 shot groups at 100 yd out of my Sako 75. Can't really tell you how they have held together, as my shots have been pass-throughs in the ribs (and most recently a head shot), but follow-ups have not been required, and the Hot Cor is a generally well regarded bullet.

Deer, moose and elk have all succumbed to 308s with 180 grain Remington CoreLokts in this household.

The bullets we've recovered have performed very well.

For the price, they are hard to beat for pretty much all but the bigger bears and bison, IMO.
