.308 cal. 1/8" twist availability?

I am in the process of doing the same on a Rem 700 short action. Barrel length will be about 14 inches on this one. Jacketed bullets for me though. Would like to do an AR sometime too!
 
I was thinking I'd go around 12" on my boltgun barrel. Then it will have an integral suppressor installed over top to give an overall barrel length of about 20 inches.

In essence, something like this. Stealthy on so many levels. :)
