In the market for a brake for my savage fcp-sr in 308. Don't want to break the bank and wouldn't mind buying from a sponsor. Tried to order one from miculek.com but they no longer ship to canada.

Looking at a precision armament m4-72 from CTCS. Never heard of it or them so any experience is appreciated. Thanks

My top choices would be APA Bastard, Holland large radial, Center Shot/Benchmark slab, or the JP Eliminator.

Edit: for a 308 most brakes are going to tame the recoil, see what your smith carries and you'll probably get a better deal letting him use one he has

I have one I tried on my hot Hunter. Didn't like it. Shout me out, I give you a deal. Comes with crush ring.

This style here. http://www.hical.ca/competition-compact-muzzle-brake-1-2x28-tpi/

Blackrose Tactical has good ones, and the price can't be beat. 308 doesn't really need a brake but if you've already got a threaded barrel then it's worth getting one to help spot your shot

I'm using a Badger Micro FTE on my 308 Savage 10TR. It's a great product, does the trick and looks good. It was very reasonable as well I think I paid just over $100 bucks for it from ### international here is Alberta.
