So I loaded up some 150 gr. Accubonds in my 308. Shot one at 100 yards into a 5 gallon plastic pail, filled with damp sand. Velocity approx. 2800 fps.Bullet did not exit or damage pail, except entry hole. Screening sand revealed Accubond bullet, nicely mushroomed to .625 , retained 94 grains..They also shot a -1" group from my Schultz and Larsen barrelled Cooper rifle. Thanks Steven HOLBORN and Ron SMITH

Nice, thanks for the info!
I let one of these babies fly from my 30-06 this past season hunting moose. Bullet struck between her sternum and front shoulder, went through the lungs, no exit. Never did find the bullet in that pile of guts! I wanted to see how well it held up. Did the job nicely though!
