With a hunting bullet like the PP for me its a simple solution, seat the bullet until the case mouth aligns with the cannelure and crimp the bullet in place. Crimping should be performed carefully as a separate step after all your bullets are seated, with the seating die or with a Lee Factory Crimp Die. Crimping uniforms the bullet pull weight, in a similar fashion as seating out to the lands, and ensures the round is short enough to feed through the magazine of your hunting rifle.
