.308 Practice loads for Norc M-14 in BULK quantity

Hi all, I am looking to load up a few hundred .308 loads, where can i find bulk brass (dont care if its mixed or whatever) and midweight (~150gr) "practice" bullets? These can be JSP, FMJ, Steel core, whatever as long as they work. And primers and powder as well.

Essentially, where does everyone get their reloading supplies in bulk??

Your best bet is Higginson powders, not far from you and has bulk bullets, powder and brass.
 
Higginsons is a good source for powders. If you are going to the trouble and expense of reloading in quantity, use the Hornady 150gr FMJ bullet. It is available in bulk and has proven to be the most accurate FMJ for me in a lot of Garands, M1903s, Model 1917s, and a HRA M14.
 
Thanks! Higginson Powders looks just like what i was looking for and I've had positive dealings with Jerry at Mystic before so I'll definitely check his website for those fmj's as well
 
Damn, posts like this make me feel blessed. We have an excellent reloading supply store in my city. They have 100packs of 308 FMJ for $24.95, which is pretty much the same price as Mystics or better once you factor in shipping. They also sell packs of 223 FMJ for 12.95.

On the other hand, that Higginson site is very interesting. Powder is 34.95 /lb locally.
 
Shooters Den. It's a little store hidden in the basement of a strip mall. You could live in the area all your life and never know it existed.

It's small, and packed like a hoarders apartment, but damn, they got jsut about anything you need for reloading in stock at all times. I live about 5 mins away, so I'm hooked up.
 
I never thought about reloading until recently. Conveniently I have about 8 years of once fired brass as I keep it as a "trophy" I hate to say it, but scrounge the ground at the local range, youll probably be able to get yourself started at least.
 
x2 for Shooter Den in Sudbury. For a short time I lived in North Bay and dropped into there to pick up stuff. And actually just picked up some stuff from him at the Eganville gun show this past weekend. Great friendly guy and quite the store to spend some time digging through for fun.
