308 reloading questions, newbie here

I have a nice rifle coming the end of March and I want to start getting my ducks in a row for reloading for it. It's a 308. I want to shoot up 1000m (like everyone else), looking at using sierra 175gr tipped match kings for the pills. Where can I find them! Also had the 185 jugs in mind, but seem to be impossible tracking them down too. Does anyone load the tipped match kings? I'd like to know if they fit nice in AI mags and still load close enough to the lands?

Varget seems to be always pretty good and I have had good luck with 4064 as well.

They do sell powder. They require your PAL# to grant you access to the powder/primer section.

they do sell powder, but you can't see it on their site until registered with a PAL

You also might want to take a look at Hornady's new 178 grain ELD-Match bullets (available now in a few places - new for 2016 - have a read at the Hornady site).

Doesn't show up on Hornady's site for me. The only 30 cal ELD Match showing is the 208gr. Now, the ELD-X hunting ones are available in 178gr.

Budget shooter supply has TMK's in 500 round boxes and 100 rounders. I personally go with SMK's for under 290$ shipped not bad, TMK's will be an extra 21$ + tax.

4064, Varget, R15 with the 175 tmk. Find what your rifle likes.
My savage 12 is a hummer with 4064 and a 175 tmk.... shot my best ever groups with that combo. Didn't like Varget.
