Got bored so I cooked up a batch....

155's are hiding 45-47 gr in .2 inc as per my last batch of targets which showed no promise in the 43-45 gr area.

168's I havent ran before, how do you guys find them? They are hiding 42-46 gr in odd increments only my brain can decide on.

I ran some 168 with 45 grain of Varget.. Shooting a Mauser action with a 1/10 Savage heavy barrel with good results..avearge was about an inch at 100

I ran some 155 with 43-45 grain of Varget and my results were sh+t...I'm interested to see how ur 45-47 run before I make up my next batch

I post up when I hammer these off, I also run a mauser action, but a mauser barrel as well........

Everything I read says guys are having good luck with the 155's on the higher end. I found 43.5 to work ok, but think I can do better in the next sweet spot.

I have been running 178gr A max in front of 41.5 grs Varget. My .308 Armalite will cloverleaf all day with that load. as soon as I start going higher it starts to open up. It doesn't like either 150's or 168's, but it has a 1/10 twist.

46.0 gr Varget with 155's, doesn't matter who makes them, SMK, new Sierra Palma, Amax, Nolser's, Berger VLD or 155.5 Fullbore.

46 Grains of target, how weird is that?? 155 gr Palmas, 2.850". I like it.

Found my load, not bad for a 60 year old Mauser with a full wood stock and a 4x scope chief!!
