Maybe so but it is non existent now. Only choice is ammo that is still here. Don't forget that the Chinese stuff is 7.62 and the Tula stuff is .308, not much difference but to some rifles it matters.

don't know about the tula, but norinco ammo mics out at 1.628" before firing...... that's a .308 chamber sized round if I ever saw one LOL
I haven't shot the tula ammo yet but a friend has some and says it's decent for the price.

it's under 50 cents a round..... a good price. I might order some.

You know your stuff, I was unaware of the specs. All I know is that the bulk 7.62 jams my XCR-M every round, tula cycles flawlessly. I have yet to get exact accuracy results with it but I know I can crack a 10X10 gong at 250yds every shot. All I know is that what ever I'm shooting at doesn't have a chance.
 
Watchout. Excessive pressure. Flattened and protruding primers. If pierced will go KABOOM on you. I still have 450 Rds of the stuff that I couldn't and won't give away.

It blew out my magazine of my M305 and my left hand was swollen for a few days.
