The reason they use 4064 instead of Varget, RL15 or 4895 is very simple: price. In drums, 4064 is cheaper than the other ones mentionned.

Sure. Actually non-canister powders are even cheaper than 4064. Which is exactly the reason they use non-canister powders, because it costs less.

Yeah I know what you meant. "Cannister" powder also comes in bulk.
