Add IMR4064 to the list. Follow your manual religiously and you'll be fine.
You will find the .308 really likes 165 grain hunting bullets or 168 or 175 grain match bullets. Your 147 grain FMJ's are made to try and duplicate 7.62 NATO ammo. They'll do, but the 165's will shoot better.
bt means boat tail. You will find match bullets cost a bit more but shoot a hell of a lot tighter. If you are looking to duplicate the 7.62NATO round try some BLC(2).
Don't overlook WW 748. Easy to meter, cheap if you buy it in 4 or 8 lb canisters and the accuracy in most .308's is quite good. Perhaps not as good as Varget or IMR 4895 but usually more than acceptable for practice shooting. 147 grm FMJ's aren't the most accurate bullet to begin with so I am assuming you just want to shoot it a lot.
Where did you get them by the way? Hard to find 147 gr. fmj's around here.
