Is there anyone here that loads for a 30BR ??
I have a friend who wants to build a rifle in this caliber and is wondering where he could get flat base match bullets in the range of 110-125grs
We know there a lot of makers in the US like Euber, BIB..etc but Is there anyone here in Canada who can supply these type of bullets
Any help would be appreciated

Anyone that carries Berger bullets will be able to supply them.

The few people that used to custom make them in Canada have pretty much folded up.

There isn't any money in it and a fairly low demand. Your friend should look into swaging his own. If he's practising enough, he should be able to keep himself pretty busy as well as pay for the swaging set up. Corbin.com will get him all of the info he needs.
