30mm Tube for rimfire?

there is no such thing as rimfire scope, it's just brand marketing strategy.
30mm is very common, 34mm is not uncommon on rimfire either.
fyi, I have nightforce nx8 4-32 (30mm) on Vudoo, and a Minox ZP5 5-25 (34mm) on RimX, and a Athlon Midas Tac HD 6-24 (30mm) on CZ457. Their parallax can be down to 10 or 20 yards.
I like FFP on rimfire though
if you are sure you will never reach beyond 100 yards, then find a 30mm with magnification up to 20x and ffp, such as nightforce nx8 2.5-20, compact, high quality glass, ruggedized and not crazily expensive. Or more economically get an Athlon Midas Tac HD 4-16 also 30mm tube with only half the price of Nightforce but very good quality and value.

This one seems to fit your bill. Not exorbitantly expensive, good quality, and 30mm, $780

Or this one, even a bit cheaper but very good quality, but it's 34mm. $650
You can't go wrong with either above.
Nowadays I try to stay away from any Vortex, Leupold, Bushnell that are sub-1K.
I have a Bushnell Match Pro on a CZ 457. 5-25 IIRC, 30mm tube, FFP, locking turrets, side focus down to 10m. In winter, I switch it to my air rifle and shoot 10m in my basement.
It's OK for the price ~ $750 CAD.
Downsides for me are: small eye box (fussy about eye position) and its kinda heavy (29.8 oz. IIRC). I think you've gotta spend quite a bit more $ to get a bigger eye box and get the weight down.

I thought rimfire scopes has a parallax set at 50 yards whereas centerfire scopes has it set at 100 yards
That all I noticed too. It has nothing to do with recoil management or QC. Only applies to fixed parallax optics.

I have 2 on my CZ-455 and Sav B22. The MOA is great for 'holds' w/o having to change Zero for winds or distances. I'm getting 100yd averages around 2" or less with both guns, and can ''see" .223 holes on paper at 180 yds so I would assume .22 also but haven't tried. Maybe tomorrow but usually too windy around here to be throwin' 'dimes' that far.

I don't think fixed parallax is a factor to differentiate a scope of rimfire from of centerfire.
When I choose a scope for rimfire, I usually look at the followings:
Magnifications: 3x to 20x
Parallax adjustable: from 10 or 20 yards
First Focal Plane preferred, but can live with SFP.
But those are not hard rules. When I put a scope on top of a rimfire that is a rimfire scope as far as I am concerned.
For example, I currently have a big a$$ Minox ZP5 5-25X56mm FFP 34mm tube, mounted with a one piece Spuhr mount SP-4001.
It's certainly an overkill for a 22lr rimfire. But I like it and I call it rimfire scope.
