For what it's worth my first Woodchuck rifle was a Model 94 with a 26" barrel - the rifleing in the end of the barrel was quite worn, I suppose from cleaning - I cut 4" off the end, recut the sight dovetail with a file and shot many a Woodchuck way out there - I used to bring a friend and they would use Binoculars to tell me when the Woodchuck was sitting up - I would then pull the trigger, the Woodchuck would just slump over and I have bullets recovered from the dirt behind the Woodchuck - that's when you could drive the back roads and shoot "Chucks" - I still have some original CIL .32-40 Bullets and a handful of brass that I keep for old time sake - almost forgot, I have a Reamer that I've used to rechamber .32-40's to .32 WS, .32 WS were worth more money then -
