So the 380 swap could be done with just the barrel and the mag, assuming there are no more differences between the M84 and M84A? (M84 .32 vs M84A .380)

Wrong
380 & 32 are not the same diameter so bolt will also be different

So there will not be any caliber swaps possible then... unlike your Sig or Glock pistols. Oh well.

Wolverine supplies, conviniently I live half an hour drive from there. cost was about 21$ for 50 so a bit pricey for a small round but given the current demand...

Well I got a little discount as per usual for being military, I wouldn't presume to get a discount on another discount. Shipping could be a big thing too though I was heading there anyways so no shipping cost for me.

Being that .32 ACP is mostly used in prohibited handguns here there's a lot less demand for it versus popular calibers like .38 and .45. I suspect hand loading on a progressive will be a good option as long as you have the brass. Certainly don't need a lot of powder for this cartridge!

I will sell/trade my brass if I can find a bulk deal on this round... I'm not setup for reloading yet.

Any brand better for reloading (better brass)?

Will the Skorpion fit in a large pistol case or is something a little larger needed?

The barrels are not easy to replace at all unless you have a press. If you wanted to replace it with a 9mm where would you get the barrel/bolt/springs ect for it??
