.32 ACP Skorpion!!!!!

Being that .32 ACP is mostly used in prohibited handguns here there's a lot less demand for it versus popular calibers like .38 and .45. I suspect hand loading on a progressive will be a good option as long as you have the brass. Certainly don't need a lot of powder for this cartridge!

I understand these rifles are very hard on the brass, at least in .380acp

Shot my 380 Skorp last week, nothing wrong with the ejected brass, use to toss them but now save them. Don't have dies and will prob never reload them, just saving for when someone posts an ad for them.

That's weird, I saw pictures of brass that looked pretty beat up, worse than what an SVT40 does to the innocent brass you put in that monster of a chamber

Ok it must have just been buddy's gun, he was an idiot anyway, but I won't get into it.

So for reloading, can you use a standard 115g LRN or FMJ or these rounds? I'm at work and pretty curious about these rifles. It looks like 380acp factory loads are all sub-100 grain

.32 ACP is 60-80 grains. Depending on which brass you use your bullet diameter will vary. North American manufacture is .311-.312 whereas Euro brass is .309. Casting may be a good option if you're into that, though I'm sure commercial cast bullets are available too. Powder is almost nothing - 1.7 to 2.5 grains I've been reading. A pound of Bullseye will go a long way with this cartridge!

So you could use .310 7.62x25 bullets like a champ right?

EDIT: Also, can you drop a moose with .32acp or use as bear defense? No one has asked yet so thought I'd be #1

Haha do you think animals get clogged arteries from all the red meat they eat, or do they not live long enough for this to accumulate?

ordered 2 days ago. cant wait. maybe bfiles frequent skorp posts stirred up interest? if so good work duffman!

Anyone have any insight to reloading the 32 ACP, for an absolute beginner? Due to the lesser availability of this round, I think I should start reloading.
