These are my case fire forming and plinking loads, for fire forming I slip a rubber o-ring around the case and fire them at “zero” headspace.

What happens when you fire a case without the rubber o-ring, the case stretches and thins in the web area and your cases do not last long when reloaded.

The case after fire forming using the rubber o-ring method now headspaces on the shoulder and not the rim. Now all you do is neck size only and count how many times you can reload your cases. (try for over 30)

Breaking news! The latest trend in reloading is o-rings on cartridge rims!

Sorry to revive an old thread but I'm new to reloading and this .303 light load is exactly what I was looking for!

Here's my questions:

#1) How do the rounds feed from the magazine with the .32 bullet on the .303 cartridge? do you have to manually load one at a time or will they cycle properly?

(I apologize in advance cause this next one may be a stupid question - be nice, I'm new and don't want to make mistakes. Especially when it comes to reloading!)

#2) I figure I have to get a new bullet seating die that will fit a .32 (I think?) - how does that work with the case shape of the .303 having a shoulder and most pistol cartridges being straight? Can you swap out the bullet seating die that will fit the blunt nose of the .32?

Hi Joedude. Welcome to the Insanity Like Gibb's says's " Never apologize, It's a sign of Weakness" As far as the bullet seating I think your regular bullet seater should work. Anyone please correct me if I wrong. I've never tried it, but it should work. Give it a try, can't hurt much.

On that fellows case it says to use ''Use .32 S&W Smokeless.''

Yes 32 S&W, avoid 32 acp. The manuf states that 32acp can get stuck in a full length barrel, I bought one and it was on the instructions. Haven't had time to use it.
