.32 Savage

While the C.96 Mauser has but a single screw, the Savage 1907 series has none. The link you show is commonly refered to as a M.1917. The major difference being a round or spur shaped "hammer".

Savage pistol disassembly: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE GRIPS!!!!!! They BREAK.
Having removed the magazine
1) Draw the slide all the way back
2) Apply the safety (locks the slide in place to the rear)
3) Holding the hammer down(cocked) twist the rear block 45* (right IIRC)
4) Pull the now rotated block holding the hammer straight back off the slide
5) Release the safety & control the slide forward off the gun while pulling the trigger. The sear lever (attached to the trigger) may pop up & block the slide from sliding forward off the gun depending on which model Savage this is.

Reverse steps to reassemble.

If your Savage has a grip safety there may be some additional steps. Over the production life (c.1910-1930ish)of the gun there were a few parts added/subtracted from use.
