Could I use this

https://x-reload.com/missouri-bullet-company-cast-32-40-321-170gr-rnfp-1-500-bx.html

to load into my .32 win spl brass

That bullet is plain based and meant for 32-40 velocity more so than 32 special velocity. .322" is the normal cast bullet sizing for 32-40 and 32 special. Cast bullets should be at least .001" larger than the groove diameter of the barrel.

You could run that bullet just fine with light to medium loads.
I get great accuracy with black powder under it in .32 WS or with 10 grains of unique. Alliant 2400 is good too. I just got another mold that has a gas check and first results were terrible.

The .32 Win Special works pretty well with plain base cast bullets if you load it like a 32-40. Most cast bullets you can buy will probably be a little undersized and too hard for good accuracy. I don't have the rifle anymore, but I had a Marlin 336 in .32 Win Spl and it shot quite well with 170gr bullets cast in 20:1 alloy and 13.5gr of IMR-4227. Not a hunting load, around 1300 fps but pretty accurate. I'm sure Unique would have worked well too.

Chris.

I have .321 size cast missouri bullets for my 32 40 but they are too small and lead the barrel and land a bit crooked on target, although they group ok to 100 metres. You will probably need fatter bullets, although I don't know where you would find them. I used to get .323 from jet or bullet barn
