So I got a bunch of 325WSM ammo at auction and trying to figure out what is what. New unfired Norma brass and some loaded rounds with a some opened and unopened boxes of Nossler bullets, nossler interlocks and a few left over accubonds, the loaded nossler accubonds and winchester brass are reloads and as I am pulling them all down I can see that there is different powder weights and some are compressed, notes say IMR4831 and that will all get recycled.
there are what looks like a bunch of Factory Norma, some I pulled and the powder is a extruded powder with a metallic yellow green colour.
there also looks like Factory Norma looks like what Norma calls the BondStrike with blue tips but I cant seem to find any listing that this combination was a factory load. I suspect that if it was it have been discontinued. Anyone know if Norma did factory loads with the BondStrike in 325WSM ??????
there are also a few that look factory with a bit of a hollow point, I have not gotten to pull any of those yet, might be reloads Hornady Match BTHP is my guess
also looks like the load that was worked up is a 195grn PSP bullet, flat base, with a factory canular that I can't identify but might be Hornady Interlock, there are 60 rounds of that so going to take some time to pull those.
The reloading notes look a little sketchy and I have been working up loads for the Nossler Accubonds with my 325 so those will all get reused. The new Norma brass will keep me shooting the 325 for as long as I am alive even if I only get 2-3 reloads out of it.
