32rf short or long?

i'v been looking at getting a 32rf pocket pistol however i have noticed most just say 32 cal and don;t say long or short so how can you tell what it takes ? i'm only asking as i have 32 long ammo would it be safe to assume if the long fits in cylinder then it is ok to use ? not a lot of imfo online on this thanks

Some of these revolvers will only chamber shorts so it's good to get that info from the seller if you only have long ammo available to you. If the long cartridge fits, bang away, as even the modern smokeless rounds from Navy Arms are not exactly high power stuff.
