32S&W Long target loads

I wonder what would be a proven target load for 32SW Long? What would be generally better choice of bullets - cast or jacketed and what weight? Powders that work best in that case and with what bullets. I know it is still a trial and error but there must be some generalisations.

I also use small amounts of W-231 powder with the same bullet. These are fun loads that I use in the above ruger & a 6" taurus revolver.

Looks good ruffbird. A lot better than what I used to shoot in 32 S&W. I had a Walther GSP with the 22 conversion trimmings. One of the finest target handguns I've ever handled. It shot like a 'hot damm' but it was uglier than a 'mud fence'.

I am shooting 32 S&W L in a Walther GSP, 1.6gr Bullseye with either a 85gr HBWC or a 95gr cast Wadcutter. Swaged bullets are very expensive, if you can find them.
