I have asked Mark to come in today to take care of your refund. You will be receiving a call today (Sunday). We obviously have a lot going on right now to contend with. I am sorry you have not received your refund in a time frame you expected.
 
Dude I think you need to chill out sometimes after refunds have been done they don't show up right away. Sometime it takes a few days for them to get processed through the credit card system. Why don't you give it until monday or tuesday and check your account then give them a call and see whats up. I have have refunds take up to a week to show up on my card after I got a refund from a store.

You are correct the Merchant can refund the funds any way he sees Via PMO /Chq/Emt or Visa. Emt takes 5 bussiness days to process and Visa can take up 2 - 4 wks before process is complete is not uncommon . Visa Charge back is 30- 60 days from there reciept of application or longer if there are other issues.

Thank you for your support, but customers are entitled to good service. We are trying hard to improve during this difficult time. We appreciate any patience shown to us.
 
you guys, take it easy, if you had anyidea what mark and chris have to deal with in a day i think you would see if differently.
They are oing the best they can, working as fast as they can, no ones sitting at starbucks counting out $50,s.
