I use the 200 grain in the Winchester Ballistic Silvertip. Has never failed me on an elk yet, I've shot 15 now. You get the trajectory of a .270. A high ballistic coefficient so great accuracy. The kick of a .308 and all the foot pounds you'll ever need in North America.
