.338 Federal - lowdown ?

Don't know the COAL
I will look into the wild boar around Grand Prairie hell I would be willing to trade some labor for hunting opportunitys around GP

You'd make more headway with a "swap hunt" scenario... you offer up a blacktail buck for a gnarly boar.

What kind of optic are you putting on it?

MH with a shield mini sight - 1 moa dot in .338 fed? "deth to fudds" cerakoted on the side with an elk skull logo?

I always take out other CGN on Blacktail deer hunts wen thay make it over to my Little islands and if I'm not working bin hard getting the time to hunt the last couple years
The one good thing about the Oil and gas boom being over it leaves more time for hunting and fishing I fore one is looking forward to getting out in the bush and rivers this year

There is a Ruger M77 Frontier .338 Fed on Gunbroker... and for only $1350 US = $1910.38 CAN, with import/tax and shipping = $2453.73

It does come with a Leupold 2.5X Scout scope...

Anyone... anyone... anyone???

Nope......gonna wait for the MH...!!!

MH in 338fed will make a wicked moose gun for the bush
That's why I'm going as light as I can make the rifle and going with Iron sights
I may add a reflex sight or a low powerd scope later on but for now the irons will work especially on the rainy BC Coast

But will it have a mount for a bayonet?

I considered buying a hog hunter, handled one, came to my senses immediately.

Haven't handled one yet so might end up with same opinion.

Yes, have read of sights coming off as well. Guess a tub of loc-tite is in order.

The vortex 1-4 Viper or 1-6 Razor would fit that bill nicely.....
