I noticed the tunnelling of the Schmidt & Bender at the lower magnifications. This is an old tech cheat used to get a wider zoom. Also, did you notice how the sight picture looks shrunken, as though the internal lenses are too small and so the picture is surrounded by a thicker black border? I have old Burris scopes that suffer from this. S&B need to up the ante with a redesign if they haven't already. Great glass, but their mechanical design is showing some age.

That was one of the reasons I picked the TT. Considering I paid almost the same for both (within couple hundred). I rather have full view entire mag range, considering how much it costs.
Ya they still have a few from the 2015 end when the dollar was strong....that's an awesome deal right now, probably won't see them that cheap again for some time.
