so I reloaded my brass about 3 times and my problem is that the neck is not holding the bullet in place it slides up and down? Do I need to crimp it? or size the neck?

iam using RCBS 2-Die Set 338 Lapua Magnum (The Full Length Sizer Die has an expander-decapping unit to remove the spent primer while expanding the case mouth. Vent holes prevent case damage caused by trapped air or excessive lubricant. The Seater Die includes a bullet seater plug and built-in roll or taper crimp as appropriate for the particular cartridge. Shellholders sold separately.)

Suggest investing in RCBS or Forster neck bushing die. Don't crimp!

For what its worth, per Peter's suggestion I use Redding bushing/neck sizing dies and don't have a problem.
