A TRG42 is quite a bit more money than the rifles the OP mentioned.

It works great I also take HGH and HCG lost 30 lbs so far and have a perma boner Wife loves it too! My drug plan covers everything except HGH going to go back to the gym soon and take advantage the doc said he will have me up to 30-38 test levels.

Should i get a savage long range hunter in 338 lapua ($1300) or a Weatherby accumark in 338. lapua from cabelas canada($2000)

The savage site lists the retail at 1213.00 usd and the canadian dollar is above par so why is it 1300.00.....also the weatherby is availiable in the TRR sub-moa I believe but at a price closer to the TRG-42
Personally I'd go for the Savage 338 LM but in the 110 FCP HS Percision, 10.7 lbs, list 1499.00

The Wby is also available in 338-378, which is a step up from a 338 Lapua. Both spendy to feed, though handloading mitigates this somewhat. Economically speaking I think the Savage is a better buy. FWIW - dan

the 338-378 is like 40 more bones a box though, and it would cost more for brass handloading too.

If you get the savage you might be able to still afford 3 or 4 boxes of ammo.
Really though, get savage and invest the rest in quality optics.

Check frontier arms, they have the LRH in 338 Lapua listed for just over 1000.00 and the HS Precision 338 lapua for 1399.00, also the BA 110 for 1899.00
