So I can't find a powder load from Berger for their 300 g OTM bullets.
Hodgson Retumbo says 94 grains of powder for a 300 grain SIE HPBT.

Anyone have any other data I could reference?
Lapua brass with Rem mag primers, for what that is worth.

I have run the Berger OTM 300gr bullets with 94gr of Retumbo. Slightly compressed and gave me 2796 Ft/s at 15deg C. and a dens. Altitude of 4000. There was no pressure signs.

I am loading 93gr. As that is what my rifle likes best. 2775ft/sec in a 27" 1:935 twist barrel. Lapua brass, Fed GM215m. Proven load to 1600m.

I started at 90gr and 2675 Ft/sec things levelled out from 92.5 to 93.5 and speed increases were tighter.

Have fun.

Thanks Magoo22

Was running the Scenar OTM 300gr with 94gr of Retumbo (and had no compression) out of a 27" 1:95 twist and no pressure signs at all with the Lapua brass.

Have switched to the Bergers and was worried about compression due to the much longer projectile. Good to know it does work with no ill effects.

Will be playing at DA's between 5000' - 6000' so I'm not sure if I want to speed up or slow down...will be fun research though!
