338 terminal performance bullet test? 230gr Eld-x?

I know the eld-x is new. I wasn't able to find any independent comparative test online for it or other 338 bullets. My muzzle velocity will only be 2750 at best from my 20" Vanguard factory carbine. If I have missed any info online please let me know. Thanks.
