338 Ultra Mag Bullet Drops

Went to the range today and put a few rounds down range up to 300 yards with the hard hitting Ultra. Velocities were all around the 3050 to 3058 FPS range for my 225 Gr Nosler. Is there a program, other that Sierra that will show me what my bullet drops are up to say 700 + yards. I like to hunt at long distances. My Sierra CD shows the 225 grain bullet however it may be based on the 338 Win Mag and not the Ultra. Any help would be appreciated.

When it comes to trajectory and exterior ballistics (out side the gun) the major requirements are velocity and ballistic coefficient.

Cartridge matters not.

You already own a good program.

some programs will get you close, but actual shooting will tell you the real story, and that story can/will change from day to day as the atmosphere changes

This one is pretty good. You can enter a bullet from their catalog, or enter the BC of the bullet you are using. It also allows for you to enter the atmospheric conditions and the elevation you are shooting at.
