338WM chrono Data

My experience with a Ruger M77 in 338WM with 24" barrel for your info. All velocities are average of 3 shots through the RCBS bullet shaped chrono at 6yds+10fps for velocity drop over that 6 yds. Why 10fps? Because that's how much isnipe says the velocity will decay over 6yds.

NOTE: For info only, your rifle may produce different results. Start lower and work up slowly.

The IMR4831 72gr 200 SST gave me a 5 shot group with 1 flyer@200M (yes, meters) of 1.95".

I did ordered some factory Coreloct 250 gr for my Benelli 338 WM, they are advertized at 2660 fps, that should be realistic... JP.
