.348 Brass?

I`m thinking of getting a Win 71. Is .348 brass available or do i have to reshape/reform some other brass and if so what cartridge.


Also anyone know of a good shape and fair priced Win 71?

$52.95 per 50 for Winchester at Shooter's Choice, in Waterloo, Ont. Winchester loads it in their Super-X brand only. There will be somebody locally who has it or can get it.
"...fair priced..." What is 'fair' to you and to the seller may be different. A 71 sold on iCollector for $2200 USD, last April.

Brass can be had from many of the places that carry odd-ball and obsolete brass. Epps is often mentioned and there are suppliers here that might be able to help you too.

Its a common starting point for forming quite a few other even more obsolete shells.
