This project was a long time in coming and with the help of a board member, finally it's complete. It all started with acquiring 10 factory rounds of 35 newton and no rifle to fire them in. I rounded up a TC pro hunter 30/06 barrel, 30 Newton reamer and off it went to Ron Smith for a rebore. The 35 newton is just a necked up 30 newton so the 30 newton chamber reamer and a 35cal. throater got it done. I went with a gain twist ending at 14.
This 28" barrel launches 250gr. pills right at 2900fps. should be quite the moose thumper. The 225gr. accubonds should run about 3100fps.
The rifle is a TC pro hunter topped with a 3-12X50 Swarovski
