35 Remignton Magazine

Can anyone tell me what model and make this magazine is from? Only markings are 35 REM.

Looks like a Remington 760 magazine.

Looks to be from an early Rem 760, I believe they only made them with the factory hole for a couple years (1st Gen)

You should be able to get $50 for it as they are harder to find now. They were introduced in the 1950's and some time in the early 1960's the .35 was dropped as a chambering in the 760. They did make a short run in the late 70's of the 760 in .35 Remington for some reason but they weren't a big seller. My dad has one he purchased in 1955 and it has shot a lot of deer. A good woods rifle for sure.
