35 WCF Brass

Looking for new(er) brass for the venerable 35 Winchester. Would anyone out there know where I might find some?

Hornady 405Win brass can be sized down to work I'm pretty sure. Didn't know there was any other brass available for 35Win.

What did Epps have to say?

30/40 Krag can be used as well or order from Buff. $89/100.

I did phone Epps and they have some coming in next week... and they also have a set of dies in stock too.... 'Bob's Your Uncle!'...;-)

What manufacturer? Is it properly headstamped 35Win?

Some of the stuff remanufactured (drawn) from 30-40 Krag has not always got good reviews from some users. Your mileage may differ of course. I'm interested in your findings and experiences on this brass.

Can be made by trimming.405 Win to 2.5", preferably necking to .38, then forming in 35 Win die.
