.35 Whelen rebarrel of M-70 push feed

Project in the planning stages.
Re-barrel a late 70's M-70 push feed (.270W) to .35 Whelen. Any suggestions for a 'smith with a proven track record will be welcomed thanks.
Located near Abbotsford BC, but OK with out of area 'smith with the requisite skillset. Only requirement. Rifle must be ready by Aug 1.

I'm afraid your timeline might prove quite optimistic as any good smith will have a full slate of work on the go already.
