The only thing I don't like about the 7600 in 35W is the 16" twist. From personal experience I know it will work with 250s, but I'd still rather have a faster twist.

Odd how Remington sticks to that slower twist when there is a lot of folks out there that wish otherwise.

I'd love it in 14 or even 12, but as you stated it works just fine.

I saw that in the other thread and I have to say that I'd hunt it in a New York Minute. I'd slap a 1.5-5x Leupold on it but that's be the only change.

What I wish for is LH SS laminate stock Brno in 35Whelen, that would be ultimate hunting " do it all" rifle for my hunting needs here in BC.

Out of the few factory loads, anybody recommend a specific one??

Remington 200s or 250s
Federal 225s
Hornady 200s

Not sure if there are more....

I shoot the Federal 225gr TBBC's in my 7600 carbine(great accuracy & awesome bullet)

Federal also makes a 200gr Fusion load now too
