I am curious about the pointed bullets and bonded bullets that they are loading in this cartridge.

It is suppose to be a .357 bullet, they have a 150gr extreme point bullet and a 180gr as well as a 160gr hollow point and 265gr of unknown.

I know that we can get lots of .357 bullets but curious for the .357 bullets designed to take higher than pistol velocities.

Hodgdon has loading data for .355 XTP bullets. I'd imagine those would make a great varmint bullet at 2200+fps. I haven't seen any of Winchester's component bullets for sale yet however.

Ya, was thinking about the potential upside to .357 pointed bullets in things like box magazine 35 Remingtons and downloaded 35 whelen.

I also use a duplex sabot for a muzzle loader and it uses .357 bullets. I have 180gr XTP but they are running hot for that bullet design and have a crappy BC, these extreme point 150gr bullets could be wicked out of that rifle as they are designed for 2000+ fps.

I know Winchester is not one to sell their components readily though.
