I'm think about getting a Remington 673 in .350 and was wondering what kind of experience people have had with it. I don't reload mind you so I'll be buying factory loads.

Thanks Logan,

I love the 350 RemMag - I've got several. A good friend has been loading his M673 for four years now - great and accurate with handloads. Chamber needed finishing by a gunsmith when new though.

You gotta handload to make it perform to potential as there is ONLY ONE FACTORY LOAD - Remington 200gr PSP_CL.

As Whelen mentioned , you should look at reloading. I found the Remington factory ammo very expensive and left them on the shelf. I have a new Ruger M77 MK II and I’m looking forward to reload for this bear gun...

I have two, but one (the 600) went to AK for a while. The one I currently use is built on a 98 Mauser action (let's load the bullets to a COL of 3.2" or so). With the right powder, out of it's 20" barrel, I get 2615 fps with 250 gr bullets. Teflon coated, and well stocked, there is nothing on the North American continent I wouldn't hunt with this rifle. - dan
