"...EPPS have or had..." Likely from OWS. Made out of .38 Special cases. Runs $49.95US from OWS. (Epp's is their Canadian distributor) That's not a bad thing. It is, however, the only thing. Nobody loads the .351. Any other factory ammo you find will be collector stuff.
