Hi. Both are normally sold in 50 round boxes. Any gun shop can order whatever you want in whatever quanity you want. Be prepared to pay up front.
Don't buy anything in bulk until you've found the ammo your revolver shoots best though.
Shooting factory ammo all the time gets expensive quickly too. Shooter's Choice, in Waterloo, for example, wants $50.95 per 50 for Remington .357 158 grain SP's. $37.95 per 50 for . 38 Special, 148 grain WC's.
Reloading is the way to go.
