.357 S&B at Canada Tire?

I just used up a box of .357 mag S&B and two boxes of .38 special S&B I bought at Canadian Tire.
Both worked great, have reloadable brass, accuracy wasn't any worse or better than my basic handloads (handloads not tuned to any specific gun).

I normally shoot almost all handloads but had some friends out on short notice and didn't have time to load up some ammo so I picked these up.

Some S&B ammo uses bimetal jacketed bullets (mild steel jacket with a thin copper exterior) and some people are worried that they'll erode barrels faster. I checked the .357 and .38 ammo with a magnet and it didn't stick at all.

I use a lot of S&B, in my .357 and in a 9mm. Quality stuff, burns just as clean as the high-priced (in my 357 6" SS revolver, anything I shoot gets it filthy anyway, the S&B is no worse for that than anything else).

Consistent loads, as well - so it seems from the shooting results.
