CZ .223 mags have a rib in front of the shoulder, and being single stack it's the narrow point. I'll look at the X39 CZ mags when I get home later. I can also check quickload and see if I can make something work.
Quickload has a .350x39, the water capacity looks correct compared to the 6.5 Grendel. 200gr bullet at 2150 or so at 45K psi with faster powders like N125, H4227, AA1680, H4198 and H335.
