Took my biggest bear to date with a 35 Remington last spring. 18 yards, factory Remington 200 grain Core-Lokt. Entered near back of chest, broke a rib going in, angled through to the front shoulder, found it under the skin. Text book, use it as an advertisement mushroom.
Impressed with the 35 Remington, was the first animal I’ve taken with it. This was a very large bodied bear, bullet performed well, and did the job with one shot.
