36 conicals

Recently I bought a Colt bullet mold the 36"B" model. Which I gather is the smaller belt mold.

Gonna try these conicals and the round ball too in a 36 Manhattan this early spring.
Anyone else tried these in thier percussion Navy revolvers?

If that is a brass mold then yes I tried it decades ago. Accuracy in MY pistol was mediocre and wear gloves, the handles get hot quickly.

It's actually iron material friend.
Hot molds are just a by product of our hobby me thinks.

'Cast up a bunch of Richmond Laboratory 36 cal for mine, but haven't had a chance to try them yet. Put together some paper cartridges to try as well. Pretty cool stuff.
