If anyone has a 375 holland case handy can you measure the case diameter at 2.4" back from case mouth and post for my curiosity. Thinking of short chambering the h&h to the length of 45-90 brass, cut for rim and then resize brass in shortened h&h dies. Thanx for your time.

On unfired brass I'm getting 0.503". This is 0.45" from the base of the case which seems to be what your asking.

If your looking for 2.4" from the base it's 0.445" in diameter.(0.45" below mouth of case, just below the shoulder)

Yeah .45 from the base that makes more sense. Why must I stay up late doing this? Sounds like it may just work. I guess it would be more accurate if measured at .52 from base to account for rim thickness.

Because late night tangents are where it's at. :p

At 0.52" from the base it's the same. Maybe 0.502". This is about he point it starts to taper down a bit more.
