375 H&H from a 28" barrel

Nothing to calculate for that. There are to many variables in it(chamber and bore demensions).

22-24" is perfect for a 375 not sure why you would want a 28" on a mild mannered 375 holland.
 
.375 H&H is not a overbore cartridge and really does not gain much from a barrel over 24". Look at loding manuals and see the gain from 24 to 26.
 
The .375 H&H is very tolerant to changes in barrel length. It suffers little when shot in a short 20" tube and gains little when fired in a long one. You might see a change of 50 fps with a 300 gr bullet when the barrel length is altered one way or the other from the usual 24" barrel, which has no practical impact on the usefulness of the cartridge.
